QWhat brands and models do you cover under AMC?
We service all major brands — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple (Mac), Acer, Asus, Cisco, IBM, SuperMicro, and more. Coverage applies regardless of the original manufacturer's warranty status.
QIs there a minimum fleet size to sign an AMC?
No minimum. We serve organisations with as few as 5 devices and as many as 5,000+. Pricing is per device, so contracts scale linearly.
QWhat's the difference between onsite and remote support?
Remote support handles software issues, configuration, and diagnostics via secure remote access. On-site support dispatches a certified engineer to your premises — included from the Standard plan upward.
QAre spare parts included in the AMC?
Consumable parts (thermal paste, cleaning materials, cables) are included in all plans. Non-consumable components (hard drives, RAM, PSUs) are covered under Premium. Standard and Basic plans charge parts at cost.
QCan we add or remove devices mid-contract?
Yes. Devices can be added pro-rated at any time. Devices removed before contract end are credited to the next renewal cycle.
QDo you provide AMC for servers in remote locations?
Yes. For remote sites, we can arrange local vendor partnerships or train your in-house team, with full remote monitoring and on-call phone support included.
